Incursion

Equip your students the tools they need to feel calm and happy in every situation.

Our school incursions are designed to build students’ understanding of how their brains react to stress and teach them tools to quickly short-circuit the stress response so they can comfortably move through challenges. Imagine teaching kids who are able to notice frustration, distraction, powerful emotions and have tools to quickly move through the experience and come back to the lesson.

Each incursion is taught by a Mindful Meditation Australia meditation teacher experienced in teaching Mindfulness techniques to children.  Each incursion is presented in a 60 minute activity.  Our incursions feature hands-on activities and games to solidify learning and have fun.  Some of our incursions include prizes and every incursion gives students and teachers techniques they can use anytime they are feeling anxious or overwhelmed.

Our incursions are designed to integrate seamlessly with WA Curriculum and are open to schools across WA. They are suitable for students from pre-primary to year 12.

Pricing

We offer flat rate pricing per session:

1 Class (Up to 40 students):     $150

1 Grade Level (30 to 120 students):   $300

Multi Grade Level (100 to 300 students):   $500

Entire School (200 to 1000 students):  $1000

You are welcome to book more than one session for different groups on the same day. (1 sessions)

Mindful Meditation Australia has a limited number of free incursions to offer to schools with a ICSEA score of less than 1000. If you would like to apply for a free or discounted incursion, please contact us.
