For Schools

Mindful School Pathway

In the past 15 years, schools have faced a significant rise in anxiety and behavioural issues among students. The Mindful School Pathway is our comprehensive, whole-school approach designed to counter these challenges by integrating mindfulness and meditation into the school environment.

Our programs equip teachers with knowledge and resources aligned with both the Western Australian and national curricula, making it easy to implement new practices in the classroom. Delivered over a series of five workshops, our team works in person with your staff on school development days or as standalone sessions. All of our workshops are backed with free digital resources and lessons that can be used by teachers in their classrooms.

Key Benefits:

Reduced Anxiety: Our evidence-based techniques help students manage stress and anxiety effectively.

Improved Behaviour: Mindfulness practices contribute to better self-regulation and behaviour management in the classroom.

Sustainable Change: We offer a long-term strategy and all the tools and resources you need to ensure the ongoing success of mindfulness integration in your school.

Mindful Beginnings

Start your journey with a four-hour staff wellbeing session, covering secular, evidence-based mindfulness and meditation techniques. This session allows staff to prioritize their own wellbeing, creating a strong foundation for the whole-school journey ahead.

Mindful Education

In this three-hour session, teachers learn about student self-regulation and the scientific benefits of mindfulness and meditation. We introduce the MMA learning resources and demonstrate their alignment with the Australian Curriculum. Our team collaborates with your wellbeing team to develop a sustainable, whole-school implementation strategy.

Mindful Me

We train two staff members from your school to deliver “Mindful Me,” a six-week small-group program for students experiencing mild anxiety. This training is suitable for school psychologists, chaplains, and interested teachers, ensuring targeted support for those in need.

Mindful Community

This workshop engages parents and caregivers, providing them with a clear understanding of mindfulness and meditation. Our team highlights the importance of the Mindful School Pathway and offers simple tools for incorporating mindfulness into the home environment.

Mindful Refresh

Keep the momentum going with this three-hour session that refreshes existing staff and introduces new staff to the Mindful School Pathway. It’s an essential part of maintaining the effectiveness and continuity of your mindfulness program.
