Mindful Meditation Australia’s Facilitator Training

Learn to lead evidence-informed mindfulness and meditation sessions for school-age children.

This Teacher Resource is designed to fully prepare you to lead meditations, plan for differences in student needs, navigate a wide range of experiences, and confidently respond to common students questions.

This course is self-paced and the digital lessons can be completed in 6 hours.

The training will begin by checking in with where you are now and helping to establish a personal meditation practice that will help you feel steady and balanced as you teach.  We all are different, so this is a prefect opportunity to understand what works for you.  Some categories of meditation are comfortable to practice, while others may be challenging — this course will help you understand which kind of meditation will feel better for you.
